We developed an online questionnaire with 16 questions for Cosmote employees, which we named “You are the hero”, with real time statistics tool.
We produced unique codes which were given randomly to the employees so we kept full anonymity. Each employee entered the code in order to gain access. When all the questions were answered, the code was locked so each code could be used only once.
The Cosmote’s goal for the questionnaire was to receive feedback for an internal competition called ‘the super strength within you’.
